Return Policy:
In the event that you find you are not satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased, you may initiate a return of that merchandise within thirty (30) days of the date that you received shipment of the merchandise. Initation of a return must begin by emailing returns@JCPitchingMachines.com. Whenever possible an email response will be sent to you within twenty-four (24) hours with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
You may return ANY product that you ordered and receive a full refund, less the shipping charges. Any amount refunded to you will be made in the form of a credit back to your credit card.
In the event you fail to email JC Pitching Machines before taking any other step to initiate a return, you will invalidate the return and prevent proper crediting of the purchase price back to you.
Shipping Policy:
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed). Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival to our warehouse.
The customer charge for shipping will vary, generally determined by the weight of your order.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out-of-stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out-of-stock due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please email for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
Shipping and handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.
Backorder Policy:
In the event that any merchandise you order is not currently available and/or in stock you will be informed of this within three (3) business days of placing your order. If there are other items within your order that are available, they will be shipped to you wihtout delay. You will be notified when you can reasonably expect your back-ordered item(s) to be shipped.
Should you decide that the delay to receive your back-ordered item(s) is unreasonable or unacceptable, you must inform JC Pitching Machines via email or telephone within three (3) business days or receiving notice of the back-order.
Warranties & Damaged Goods Policy:
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by JC Cronies, Inc. JC Pitching Machines is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of JC Pitching Machines at no charge to you.

Whenever possible an email response will be sent to you within twenty-four (24) hours, with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
In the event the merchandise received is damaged, JC Pitching Machines will see that your merchandise is replaced with the same make and model, whenever possible. Should there be a price difference you will not be charged any additional cost.
In the event you fail to email JC Pitching Machines before taking any other step to initiate a return, you will invalidate the return and prevent proper crediting of the purchase price back to you.
